1. Site operator
This website is operated by m3tric design, Poland. Contact email: contact@m3tricdesign.com.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is a portfolio and discovery hub for original 3D-printable designs. It presents models and links visitors to third-party platforms where files, memberships, physical products or licences may be available. No purchase, file download or payment is completed directly on this website unless a future page clearly states otherwise.
3. Model licences and enquiries
Each model is governed by the licence shown on the platform from which it is obtained. A licence attached to one model does not automatically apply to another. Unless a model page expressly permits it, displaying a design here does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit it.
For commercial use, custom permissions, exclusivity, commissioned work or rights beyond a platform licence, contact m3tric design by email. An enquiry does not create a licence or agreement. Additional rights apply only after the parties confirm them in writing.
4. External platforms and links
Links may lead to MakerWorld, Etsy, Buy Me a Coffee, social networks or other independent services. Those services have their own terms, licences, privacy practices, pricing and availability. m3tric design does not control them and is not responsible for their content, transactions, outages or later changes. Check the destination and its current terms before downloading, purchasing or sharing information.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, photographs, product names, descriptions, graphics and original model presentations are owned by or used with permission of m3tric design. You may view and link to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying substantial website content, removing attribution, scraping for republication or presenting the work as your own is not permitted without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Availability and liability
The portfolio is provided for general information and may be changed, corrected or removed without notice. While reasonable care is taken, m3tric design does not promise uninterrupted access or that every description, link or compatibility statement is complete and current. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m3tric design is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on third-party content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy notice
Controller. The controller is Bernard Szczygiel, trading as m3tric design, Poland. Privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@m3tricdesign.com.
Data collected and purpose. If you email m3tric design, the controller receives your email address, name (if supplied), message and any information you choose to include. This data is used to answer the enquiry, discuss licensing or collaboration, take steps requested before entering an agreement, keep necessary business correspondence, and establish or defend legal claims.
Legal basis. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal duties, or the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to messages, managing licensing and protecting legal rights.
Recipients and transfers. Data may be handled by email, hosting, security or technical service providers acting for the controller, and by professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, transfers should rely on a lawful safeguard supplied by the relevant provider.
Retention. Routine enquiries should be kept only as long as needed to answer them, normally no longer than 24 months after the conversation ends. Records connected with a licence, contract, tax obligation or dispute may be retained for the period required by law or needed to protect legal claims.
Your rights. Subject to the GDPR and applicable limitations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this version of the site.
Voluntary data. Providing data by email is voluntary, but without contact details m3tric design may be unable to reply or discuss a requested licence.

The site is a general portfolio and is not directed at children. Do not send sensitive personal information through an email enquiry.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory rights that apply to visitors under the law of their country of residence. Any dispute should first be raised through the contact email so the parties can try to resolve it informally.
